SAEC (Systems Engineering) complies with the GDPR (EU 2016/679). This page describes data processing via the free audit tool on saec.be.

Data collected

Your email address and the URL of the website to audit. No other personal data is requested. No tracking cookies are set (Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot protection is privacy-friendly).

Purpose

To perform the requested audit, email you the report, and where relevant offer our services.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (checkbox) and our legitimate interest in presenting our services.

Processors

Brevo (email delivery) and Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-bot, edge hosting) act as processors. No data is ever sold.

Retention

Your data is kept for a maximum of 12 months, or until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. Unsubscribe link in every email. Contact: privacy@saec.be.
